Well, there is a problem in using viber. We have a double-sim, but we have only one viber account. So, we need two applications to use two viber accounts in the same time. The most important thing. is that your android must be rooted!
Well, install BusyBox here!
Second, install this application!
2lines for viber let you to use different phone numbers with viber on the same device!!
Open BusyBox and enable two lines viber.
Open 2lines viber and add a viber account as usual. And then, close from viber and open 2lines viber again. Lastly, you can create a new viber account. Now you can use two viber accounts at the same time!! :) :) :)
