-Android OS are free are used by any mobile developers. But
users are not allowed to use their android OS as freely. In other words, user
can use their android OS as stay version and not let to use as administrators.
-Since android OS is free for everyone, users also want to
use their android OS freely. In Linux OS, in order to use kernel as freely, Linux
must be rooted. As android OS is based on Linux OS, android can also be rooted
to use freely.
-Rooting can break warranty because rooting delete admin
seal of original device.
-If so, by rooting, what we can get?
-By rooting, we can get more performance as usual. If you
are a programmer, you can freely customize your OS and can create your own
custom ROMs. More clearly, you are now a administrator (super user) of your
android after rooted and can control freely.
-But, rooting can access to the device main (system) files,
if you deleted one of these files, your phone will fail to boot. However, you
can fix by installing a new firmware.
-For a normal user, what we can do?
-We can create new themes. We can over clock CPU to get more
performance. We can try powerful root only app. We can customize our boot loader.
Can backup system files. We can uninstall original apps that are not used. We
can try to use battery more usable. See the photo, customized incoming call screen on rooted phone.
-Your phone may hang. But if you are interested in mobile
technology, you can upgrade to new versions.
